My September

Needed to post this before Green Day wakes up because September is almost coming to an end.

SEPTEMBER has always been my favorite month of the year. Obviously because it's my birthday month right😂

Well, so many things had happened throughout the month that I always wanted to express them here. But instead of journaling on my blog, I was so busy composing letters, memos, reports, writing an emcee script and of course, the never-ending minit mesyuarat. What was it all about? We’ll come to that later...

***03 SEPT 25***

My September started really well. I spent about 6.5 hours in two bowling centres, played 13 games, and probably rolled the bowling ball around 260 times down the lane. The result? Sore arms and legs for about 3 days, both upper and lower limbs! 😅

But I have zero regrets. It was incredibly satisfying, exactly how I wanted to spend my birthday (minus the soreness). I totally enjoyed the day. And of course, we ended it with a cake cutting and a small celebration with our kiddos. 🥳

Oh, and a day before my birthday was my neighbour’s son’s birthday. We were invited to his party. It was great! As expected, the kids were the ones who enjoyed it the most. They made new friends too!

***01 Sept 25- 30 Sept 25***
Almost all of my weekends in September, and sometimes even weekdays after work were packed with training sessions with my teammates for the upcoming Pharmsport in early October representing our state. Because of that, I ended up traveling a lot, since most of our training took place in Kampar.

I truly enjoyed spending time with my teammates. Every training session felt like a step forward in our growth. Both my teammates and coach were fully committed, and every second spent was truly worth it.

Despite having a packed schedule in September, I couldn’t bring myself to miss the course on A Practical Guide to Insulin Therapy, even though it was held on a Saturday and my in-laws had planned to drop by the same day.

I’m glad I made it to the course because it was truly eye-opening, and I received a lot of valuable input from our in-house endocrinologist. Nevertheless, I still managed to meet and spend time with my in-laws after finishing the course 😊

***22 Sept 25-23 Sept 25***
Besides, as an appointed Infection Control Linked Officer, I was called upon to attend an Infection Control Enhancement Workshop & its Annual Meeting

I won second place during its interactive quiz😄

***28 Sept 25***

25th September yearly is a  World Pharmacists' Day. It is a global celebration for pharmacists around the world. I even received a cute little lapel pin to mark the occasion. To celebrate, we had a Pharmacy Night Dinner with fellow colleagues across the state.

What made it even more exciting was that I gotta chance to meet two amazing figures in the professionProf. Amrahi Buang and Mr. Andrew Tan. Of course, I didn’t miss the opportunity to have a quick chat with both of them and yes, managed to snap a photo or two! Truly a memorable night!

Prof. Amrahi and Mr. Andrew have never missed wishing me a happy birthday each year,
even though we’ve never met in person. Haha.

Towards the very end of September, we had our annual Perak Paediatric Nutrition Course. Appointed as a secretary for that event had put me into a never-ending task lists & sleepless night. However, lot of positive feedback received, and the event was a success made all the sacrifices worth its pain!

I never thought that designing this Advisory and Tentative using Canva to e-mail to our dearest delegates could be so satisfying😆

***30 Sept 25***
And finally rushed for the report and reten of the third quarter of the year and therefore I'm done with my September this year. To conclude I'm satisfied with my September this year! 😊
